Angies List review: Not a member!!!!!
A charge of $9.99 appeared on my credit card statement from Angie's List. I am not and never have been a member. Called the company several times, a recorded message says "send an email". They have made it as difficult as possible to contact them. Have contacted my bank and hope they can resolve it for me.

I have contacted ANGIE'S LIST by PHONE, FAX, and E-MAIL II spoke to Carrie Rakestraw (317) 808-3657 in the collections department also KEN ST. JOHN (317) 677-0896 he is the CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER. I told them not to charge my credit card for any more fraudulent/bogus...

New Format at Angies List is AWFUL
If I wanted to use Home Advisor I would. But since I don't want the software to make MY decisions I used Angie,s List UNTIL Homes Advisor bought it. I can't even call Angie,s list without paying for some upgrade package. HORRIBLE customer service - oh, excuse me, NO service.

This website is simply no user-friendly, to the point businesses posting should be wary of using it.

Angie's list is now free but sectioned into very small territories. So if you want access to reviews in a town 30 miles away, you have to register for THAT Angie's list...Review

Poor customer service
Angies List review in Grand Rapids, Michigan: Bad contractors dishonest
Was given a price for the completed job, almost from the start they started saying it would be more. They said they were using things they weren't using never had them. I went with Angies because I was told they check out the contractors THEY DO NOT. I had to have them leave my home. In the courts now and the mess well it's still here
