I’ve never cared much about Angie’s List, used it a few times and was not impressed. Recently saw that they offer free use, so I decided to why pay for useless membership.
There is a number to call but my membership does not include calling privileges, but I can up grade to talk to someone. I don’t want an upgrade, I want to cancel. So I went to the website I was directed too and it was unavailable. I wrote an email with no acknowledgment of receipt.
I guess I’m not worthy of human contact. But Home Advisor and other upstanding websites are glad of my business, so they will receive my business and endorsement. Studies have shown people will remember and spread a good experience for about 18 months but a negative one will be relayed for 17 + years.
My next step is to notify my credit card. Any other suggestions??
