Kitchens By Rutenschroer - KBR countertops Cincinnati
KBR rated well in Angie's list and Home Depot uses them as well. Our granite was delivered with a 3 foot crack or fissure as they called it(against the grain). They had hot glued it and it looked ugly and enormous. They will not stand by their product. Avoid KBR countertops in Cincinnati like the plague. Spent lots of money on a horrible product that company will not stand behind!!!!! In trying to gat a resolution KBR stated that this is considered an acceptable defect. The individuals delivering the product agreed the defect was much larger than most and should have been caught when stone was cut.

I AM A BUSINESS OWENER I HAD THE SAME ISSUES WITH ANGIES LIST! WE NO LONGER ADDERVISE WITH THEM!
I GET THE WORST CUSTOMER FROM THIS SITE! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN TO ANY BUSINESS OWNER.
