For the last 2 months, I am trying to change the areas that I advertise with Angies. My account manager pulls this and in the office, everyone says that only he can deal with that and I have to learn to work with him.

I tried to set up deals and that is for the last 4 months ( after 1 month I lost any hope that he will do anything). Every time manager will call and no one does.

I hired one person from Angie's list. I reviewed and praised the service.

Yet I get emails asking me to review ones I never called. This is annoying and a waste of everyone's time. The A.L.

website is not all the user friendly and this is just one of the problems.

I also get emails asking me to hire pros I don't want to hire.

Been trying to cancel the service, Angie's list been giving me the runaround. The service is trash.

I receive leads, so is dozens of other companies. When I show up at a customer there is a line of Angie's list of contractors that receive the same lead.

I hope you will lose a lot of supporters of your business For dropping Fox News specifically Tucker Carlsons show. I also hope that your male and female pro handy workers stop using Angies list will leave your corporate umbrella for other more reasonable handy pro companies.

I never got my window, 9 months later the owner calls me to tell me he never ordered it. The workers didnt get along and only worked 2-4 hours, and it took way too long to complete the job I hired them to do.

Yes it is still an incomplete job. I have requested my funds to be returned and have provided my cash app information.

My Safe is damaged due to the holes drilled in the wrong location and it's not secure to my floor. This was a seriously bad experience and I've lost on all ends. Due to the safe being damaged it compromises the integrity of the safe and it is no longer waterproof or fire resistant. If Angie's List is supposed to vet these people on their site, how did I get such a poorly skilled individual.

I haven't been provided any information regarding a company this person is with or no way to retrieve my funds. All I know is her name was Nicole, she was African American and unskilled, she claimed to have worked for Capital One security, which doubt.

this company is ran by blood sucking vipers. be carful giving them any information, this is for contractors only. they will use it against you.

contractors: they will high-jack your company.

The techs did come out and "resurface my shower" however, the word they did had to be touched up 2x and mold is reforming in the shower and the paint is coming off the caulk. This will make at least 3x they had to come back out I am supposed to be under a 3 year guarantee, but I am wondering why they did not take care of this initially.

Thy came back and said I needed a new fixture the solder did not work charged 79 dollars plus tax 4th: the next day all of the remainder landscape lights went out, one for tree and five for security. called same day to date have not returned call.

Found someone with low voltage experience and was told there was a toggle switch that probably was moved or hit when the guys opened the box sure enough that was the problem I still have bot heard from these guys and a non experienced person fixed my problem Very unprofessional not to return call. Stay away! I hired Eugene swift who he stated was licensed and that he was reliable, honest, turned out to be a nightmare with this guy.

He is unprofessional argumentative not reliable tries to change the price on everything after signing a contract, threatened me with having to bring his boys over to collect his last payment when the job was not completed. This man is habitual liar.
